A high-level leader at FEMA named Gregg Phillips made a strange claim about an event that occurred in his past before he held his current position. Phillips said that he found himself transported to another location without any desire to go to such a place, and that he ended up at a restaurant that was located some distance from where he was supposed to be. These types of questions have arisen regarding Phillips past statements regarding his experiences.
Phillips first shared this on a podcast stating that while he was thinking about going to a Waffle House, he found himself at one that was 50 miles away in Rome Georgia.
When he called his friends to let them know of his location, they were astounded at his response as he had just left of them moments earlier.
Phillips has also shared with the media that he has been teleported other times as well, stating that while not a fun experience, it is still an adventure to have such abilities.
